Once in elementary school, Kimberly got left on the bus while reading since the driver forgot that she was there. It was no shock to anyone later in life, that she picked a career path in libraries.
Kimberly started at BDL in 2015. While working at the library she attended Wayne State University to get her Master's in Library Science. During her time at BDL, she has worked in a variety of different positions, most recently as the Assistant Director. Her favorite part of the library is working with library users. It is rewarding to connect them to the resources or materials they are looking for.
Kimberly firmly believes that you CAN judge a book by the cover. She can often be found using the great digital library resources that BDL offers, especially Hoopla!
