Start a book club with our Book Club Kits!
We offer multiple copies of certain titles and a discussion guide to spark conversation all in an easy-to-carry bag. Book kits can be checked out for 28 days. Kits can be renewed once if no holds exist. Multiple kits can be checked out simultaneously. Educators get extra time to use a book club kit in their classroom. How can we get a kit?
You can reserve a Book Club Kit using our library catalog or by calling any library branch. We offer many Book Club Kits for popular titles. The kit will be checked out on the library card of the person picking it up. All books must be returned in the carrying bag for a kit to be checked in.
What happens if a book is lost?
If your group happens to lose a book, you will be charged the cost of the missing item. Items from the kit cannot be returned separately. Replacement costs of individual items, including the bag, will depend on the cost of the missing/damaged item.
