New Telephone Extensions

With our new telephone system, extension numbers have changed at the Coldwater Branch and have been added to the other 5 branches. Have a look at our staff directory to find who you want to call fast!

BDL Phones Back Online

BDL phones are working again, except for Sherwood, which is having an unrelated issue with Frontier service in the area. But the other 5 branches are back in business and Sherwood should be soon. Thanks for your patience!

Brief BDL Telephone Outage

Please note that around 2pm today we will experience a brief interruption of telephone service at ALL BDL locations while we complete a transition to a new telephone system provider. We expect this outage to be less than one hour in duration, and we'll post again once the new phone system is up and running. Thanks for your patience as we learn the new system!
