Below you will find a table detailing the major capital expenditures that BDL has incurred for the upkeep of the Coldwater Branch Library. This is the only branch that BDL is required by contract to maintain completely. The building maintenance of all other BDL branches is provided for by their city, village, or township.

These are just the major capital costs. There are significant outlays each year for the Coldwater Branch from our operating budget as well for ongoing maintenance.
