BDL was recently awarded a grant from the NEH of materials for the "Bridging Cultures Bookshelf: Muslim Journeys" program. Coldwater Branch will host an event on November 9th, with more events to come. Check out all the information here.

Halloween Party and Geek Fest!


The Friends of the Algansee Library invite you to join us for our Halloween Party and Geek Fest on Saturday October 26th, 2013 from 10:00 am to Noon at the Algansee Branch of the Branch District Library 580 S. Ray Quincy Road.  This event will include:  Costume judging for those who come dressed up, Fun Photo Booth, Games & Prizes and Candy.  We will also be serving lunch from 11:00 am to Noon Consisting of hotdogs, chips, apples with caramel dip and drinks.  Come join us at the library for a few minutes or for an hour or just stop by for lunch and say hello.
